The Japanese American Bar Association (JABA) and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles (APABA) are coming together to kokua (help), raising money for the Hawaii Community Foundation – Maui Strong Fund to provide resources that can be deployed quickly, with a focus on rapid response and recovery for the devastating wildfires on Maui.  Funding will support evolving needs, including shelter, food, financial assistance, and other services as identified by the Fund’s partners doing critical work on Maui.

Matching Donations

JABA and APABA, through our respective board members, will match donations from their members up to a cumulative total amount of $3,500.
