Lloyd Lee is a business transactional attorney focused on working with entrepreneurs and businesses. His current clients include internet start-ups, entertainment companies, local businesses, real estate developers, and an online fashion wholesaler. Lloyd serves on the Board of Governors for the Korean-American Bar Association of Southern California, and volunteers regularly at the KABA monthly legal clinics which provides legal services to the poor. Lloyd also volunteers with his family during the holiday season by serving food to the homeless.
Lloyd is a former law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and a graduate of Temple Law’s award-winning Integrated Transactional Program. During law school, Lloyd served on the executive board of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Lloyd also founded a commercial and residential real estate brokerage, and a restaurant located on a golf course. He also worked in forensic accounting and equity research building complex financial models.
Lloyd received his Juris Doctor from the Temple James E. Beasley School of Law in 2008, and two bachelors degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
